Really pleasant and welcoming. The location was also convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. we did experience some street noise at night, which affected our sleep a bit.

The brekkie is a real winner, so many choices that kept me stuffed for hours! Chatted with the chommies at reception who were super helpful. Room was lekker spacious with a big bed. Oh, and the shower? Just wow!
Had a bit of street noise at night, but it was manageable.

i had a short stay at nh berlin potsdamer platz which surpassed my previous experiences in berlin. the room was spacious with cleverly designed seating, and the staff, especially nina and jerome, were genuinely warm and welcoming. being able to open the windows for fresh air was a nice touch.
the tv selection was quite limited.
